Changes to the way you access your online account

Tagged in:

Ever found yourself wanting to login to your online account, only to have forgotten your member number? We know having secure and easy access to your super details is important, so we’ve recently updated how you can access SuperOnline.

What’s changed?

From 24 July 2024 we will introduce an option for you to set your own username to login. Changing to a username will assist you in remembering your details for future logins and makes sure it’s something only you know. When you next login you will be prompted to set a username and guided through the process. The username can be anything you choose, as long as it meets the security requirements and is not already in use.

We are making this change in 2 stages.

  1. From 24 July 2024 when you login you will have the option to set up a username that will replace your member number. Once you set up your new username you will no longer be able to use your member number to login.
  2. From 12 November 2024 you will only be able to login using your new username.

If you forget your username in the future you will be able to retrieve it securely via SuperOnline.

If you haven’t registered for SuperOnline, which gives you online access to your account, you can do so now. You’ll also be able to set up your username and password at the same time.
