Overview

The Digital Member Card (Card) is provided by Telstra Super Pty Ltd, ABN 86 007 422 522, AFS Licence No. 236709 (Trustee), the trustee of the Telstra Superannuation Scheme (TelstraSuper) for the exclusive use of TelstraSuper members.

These Terms of Use are current as at 8 December 2022 and replace any previous Terms of Use for the Card. By downloading and collecting the Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with terms of this agreement, you must not collect your Card or if you have already downloaded your Card, you must delete your Card immediately.

You acknowledge and agree that your Card is not separately password protected and will be available to anyone with access to your mobile device.

Access

You agree and acknowledge that you are required to have a mobile number associated with your account in order to access your Card. If you do not have a mobile number associated with your account, you will be prompted to call TelstraSuper to provide one.
In downloading your Card you are deemed to have directed the Trustee to send the Card to the mobile number associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number provided is correct.

Privacy

When accessing and using the Card, your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Trustee's Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Statement. 

Limitation of liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Trustee, its directors, officers, employees and related bodies corporate exclude any liability for any loss, damage (including any consequential loss or damage), claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and defence or settlement costs) suffered or incurred by you directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your use of the Card (including where such use involves an unauthorised or fraudulent act of another person) whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise.

Trademarks

TelstraSuper and Telstra Super Financial Planning are registered trademarks of Telstra Limited. All intellectual property related to the Card is owned by TelstraSuper. You agree not to reproduce or use any of the trademarks displayed on Card.

Governing law

The Terms of Use are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
